Did you decorate your interior and lived in it for a while? What happens then? You got bored! This happens to everyone, even if we are among the most beautiful interiors.
Rather than completely reconstructing and decorating the entire space, you will save your money using the following four simple tricks. They will help quickly and without much effort to design a new interior.
1. Create a focus on one of the walls (the coordination wall)
Changing one of the walls of your living space with an accent on it, you will achieve the appearance of a complete redevelopment. The focal wall reduces the need to decorate the room with various works of art, which can often be quite expensive. Moreover, the coordination wall not only draws attention, but also adds the feeling of uniting the entire room. There are several ways to achieve this: painting, art coloring, bright coloring or wallpaper.
2. Hang textiles on walls or ceiling
Beautiful textile fabrics on the wall can give the room a deep and multi-layered appearance, and sometimes a polysemy. The flag of the native country adds color and symbolism to the room, which, in itself, can look a little sterile and boring. Bold textile fabrics with images of the right forms, hanging from the ceiling and repeating the shape of the room, visually add saturation and comfort to the room.
3. Make the room in white
The easiest way to freshen space and soften colors is to paint or glue everything in white. The whiteness is refreshing and relaxing. As a palette, it practically acts as a canvas for displaying pieces of furniture that you might like to emphasize or highlight.
4. Add a bright color
If you get bored with your color scheme and furniture in the room, just add a color to your interior that was not there before in your palette. This can be achieved either by some new piece of furniture, curtain, lamp or rug. You can even try to repaint an existing table or beat an old chair.
How do you update your space when it becomes boring?
